Investment invitation for the industrialization project of developing vigor source soft capsules based on biological resources with the characteristics of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Overview of project：

We plan to newly building GMP workshop of 4000 square meters and auxiliary facilities and construct production line with annual productive capacity of 96 million vigor source soft capsules. This project is located in Qinghai Biological Scientific and Technological Industry Garden, in which we have acquired industrial land of 31350 square meters. The capital construction for this project is under way. Located in the north district of Xining, 6 Kilometer away from city center, 4 Kilometer away from North Railway Station of Xining, 20 Kilometer away from Xining Airport, Qinghai Biological Scientific and Technological Industry Garden enjoys very convenient traffic conditions, with Ning-Zhang Highway and Haihu Road passing through from the east and west sides of this garden. At present, "Seven utilities and one leveling" has been achieved in the garden, a road with length of 13 Kilometer has been put up, supporting facilities such as water supply, drainage, fuel gas, communication and wide-band network have been put into service, which can completely meet the requirements of investors for production and living.

Analysis of economic benefit:

After the project has been built up, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 122.85 million Yuan, gross profit of 40.95 million Yuan, income tax of 13.51 million Yuan, annual distributable profit of 27.80 million Yuan, withprofit ratio of investment being 47%，profit and tax investment ratio being 70% and investment recovery period being 2.11 years.
