II. The procedures for applying for becoming agent

1.To find out and feedback information through the website of our company.

2.Service consultation: To find out the information about product varieties, product characteristics and strength of company.

3.Intent negotiation: To mutually understand the relevant information of both sides, make preliminary negotiation on the conditions for agency and determine the cooperation intent.

4.Application for agent: Submit the materials and application form of the enterprise to our company for preliminary examination and verification, and then make mutual communication.

5.Field visit: The agents will be invited to our company to visit the field of production and marketing and make further negotiation on the agency cooperation conditions and plan, including the determination of detailed cooperation items.

6.Enter into agency contract：Determine the cooperation clause and relevant details, officially enter into the agency contract, handle the relevant procedures for agency and distribution, and actively prepare the works before products appear on the market.
